The power within ~

Soft as steel ~

Hot as ice ~

Deep as sky ~

Old as day dawn ~

Cold as the flame ~

Clear and dark ~

Bright and dim ~

Know self.

COMPASSION

Compassion is the diamond crown

Of the knowing heart.

The heart can rule the world

When feeling enlightens the mind

And care guides the hands.

Bird, beast, bug & frog

And leaf and thorn ~

We are all one together

On one small ship

That sails on a dark & fathomless sea

With only stars to guide us.

Be well!

Heartfelt wishes for you health.

In all ways call within to be strong.

Accept help, and know that joy and health

Grow from the power of the heart.

My thoughts are with you

And I pray and know

 You will again be hale and hearty

Answer the call to life.

The future is beckoning

And every day is another flower on the stem.

From heart to heart I send this to you

And wish you well.

May have been simple

But for me alone without you

It could not have been done.

My life has been made good

And the world a better place to be

And I thank you for being

When I needed you.

And though I cannot give to you

A gift as precious as you gave to me,

When a time comes

For me to pass the gift along

And help another.

That the well of kindness flows

To fill the cup for all to drink.
